After an exhausting day of studying and attending lectures,
my mind goes to food. Varieties come to
mind but I shall write just a little... about tofu.
Tofu is also known as soybean curd. How do they produce tofu? It is produced by grinding soybean to form
milk-like substance, which is then compressed and left to coagulate. After the mass has dried into a gelatinous
solid, it is cut into palm-sized cubes. Clever! It is easy to pick, to hold and to buy of
course!
Tofu is a great source of calcium and Vitamin E. It does
help to lower bad cholesterol if eaten regularly. So, let's introduce tofu into
our meal.
I shall leave you with this image of "Tofu Miso Soup".
Bon Appétit~!
